Matt Phillips leads our global digital, infrastructure systems and integration capabilities. He’s a recognised and accomplished systems integration director with 30+ years of experience of leading and overseeing some the world’s largest and most complex multidisciplinary railway systems, infrastructure, digital technology, rolling stock and organisational transformation projects and programmes. Matt is an acknowledged rail industry expert with practical experience of operating in prime system integrator, systems integration partner and systems integration advisor roles, working with global transport operators, railway equipment manufacturers, engineering contractors and consultancies.

Matt is a senior business leader experienced in c-suite roles and operating at board level. Prior to joining TXM Consult, Matt’s career has spanned multiple geographies across the world, with several companies including Arup, Atkins, Bechtel, Hitachi, Lockheed Martin, and SNC-Lavalin.
