GTS Consortium, comprising Go-Ahead, Sumitomo Corporation, and Tokyo Metro, turned to TXM Consult’s proven expertise to deliver a successful bid for the Elizabeth Line contract. TXM Consult played a pivotal role during the bid phase, providing strategic advisory services and hands-on support across 10 of the 13 workstreams, then onto support in mobilising the new contract.

The Challenges
