We celebrated our 5-year anniversary at Pride Park with a Big Day of Strategy, Connection, and Fun

TXM Consult turned five and celebrated in style at Pride Park, Derby. On 3rd April, teams from across the business came together for a high-energy Q1 face-to-face event filled with big updates, bold reflections, and a serious dose of competitive fun.

The day centred around aligning on future goals, sharing progress across key initiatives, and strengthening the sense of connection that continues to define TXM’s culture. Business updates covered the latest from the evolved operating model, strategic milestones, and encouraging insights from the Pulse Survey showing strong engagement and confidence across the organisation.

The 2025 graduate cohort was also celebrated, with team members recognised for their growth and contributions over the past year.

High-energy team-building activities brought TXM’s core values, Credibility, Community, and Collaboration, to life, as teams tackled creative and fast-paced challenges that tested their skills and teamwork. A candid Real Talk panel wrapped up the formal

sessions, where senior leaders fielded questions and shared open insights on strategy, leadership, and wellbeing.

Reflecting on the company’s journey, Andy Slater, Global Managing Director, said:
